House Prices Up Down?

Any news on recent fluctuation of house prices for ..PERTH. MELBOURNE. BRISBANE. And any info re legal expenses on purchase. Also any benefit buying new homes.

Some suburbs are still going up while other suburbs have shown drops. And this applies for all 3 areas mentioned.
