what we want is a 3 bed house if poss 4
a large back yrd with pool if poss but it must have a good size garden for my kids to play in
dont want /need
cin room
huge bedrms
on suite bathrms (oh i lied that would be nice but i cant afford them)
willing to do some work on the house

Hi all just wondering if any one can let us know how bad the house prices really are in perth.
Perth is where we really wanted to go but every one says the house prices are too high now, we were thinking of Adelaide but reading the posts on here Im not sure about it any more, sounds very quiet!
Would moving to Perth mean we would have a less there than here in the UK?
Any info would be appreciated

just put in areas like
Rockingham,Secret Harbour,Baldivis,Wellard,Success,Atwell,Port Kennedy,Wikkiki.Warmbro,SaftyBay,Mandurah and you will get an idea of prices,also have a good look at the houses

Look at the poster Perthforme his house is for sale in clarkson, very nice and a good size back garden so you could add a pool.
