House Prices In Brissy?

Hi everyone, what are house prices doing in brissy, are they going up, down or just staying where they are?? Thanks Pete. :cool:

Some are going up, some down, and some just staying where they are.

they seem pretty stable at the moment, the rumours are there wont be any huge increases and more likely to decrease slightly towards the end of the year - but its just a rumour!!

Strange cos in the local newspapers it's saying the prices are going up:confused:

Also, rentals are apparently hard to find:confused:

Where abouts are you based in Brissy?

I suppose each area is different .....
