House to let in Cleveland QLD
We need to break our lease on a rental property in Cleveland. Apparently the law states that we have to continue paying rent until either the end of the lease or new tenants are found. Our real estate agents are not doing a great job finding replacement tenants. If there is anyone out there looking for a nice family low set in Cleveland then please PM me. Rent is $530pw.
