House goes on market and immediate viewing
To whom it may concern.....
This may perhaps be a sign of an ever improving housing market? Our house went onto the market this lunchtime and we already have our first viewing tomorrow morning.

Good Luck for tomorow.It is definatley picking up.We have just had a viewing this afternoon and one last week.Keeping our fingers crossed it does not drag on too much longer.

I think you may all be right. Im a mortgage broker and am seeing a lot of first time buyers, which is unusual for January and unusual full stop in the last year or so.

Good luck to you. What a feeling it is. Ours went on yesterday (wasn't due till Monday but hey!). Person phoned yesterday and viewed today.
