Hi there,
We going through the same thing. If you dont mind me asking how long did the whole process take from offer exepted to the signing of the contracts? Our buyer has requested the survey, land registery, and draft contract done so far, how much longer would you say? We are hoping to be out of here by mid September, is that just wishful thinking?
Good luck with everything, and have a great life down under.

Thanks guys, that at least gives us some time frame. Our dogs are booked to go on the 18 August, so hopefully will be joining them then. Good luck to everyone with their new lives down under.
