House buying syndicate??!!!
Hi all you house sellers
I noticed from my recent poll that there are over 22 people trying to sell their houses so we can all go to Aus/NZ.
Also noticed all the horror stories about sales falling through.
Was having loads of crazy thoughts about ways to sell our house so we can go, and wondered if there was any way of a group of people putting an amount of money into a pot to start some kind of house buying syndicate so we could all sell our houses.
O.K, I did say it was a crazy but I thought I'd post it just in case someone could make any practical sense out of it.
