Wow there's a few to choose from!
We liked www.dixonhomes.com.au (virtual tours)
Not the cheapest but seemed to be good quality.

Or www.dqh.com.au
A bit cheaper and has some nice designs (we loved the Minyama show home) about 260K
Or have a look at www.devinepioneer.com.au (virtual tours)
Looking forward to any other recommendations.

If you visit the Brisbane Courier Mail website on www.couriermail.news.com.au, and click on the 'Real Estate' tab, there are sections there (new homes and new land estates) which have loads of info on new houses and estates etc..
