Hi Guys and Gals,
Hubby and I are off to Geraldton next month for a wedding/validation/house hunting trip.
Hoping to get one built as we are in no rush to move in so wont have to live in a caravan (staying in Uk for another 18 months for those who dont know)
We have been in touch wth a building company Shane Crowther homes in regards to building, has anyone else used them? If so what is your opinion?
we have basically budgeted
house price
land price
15-20k on top of house price for the extras, floor covering, painting, garden, driveway etc, Shane Crother have said this is more than enough for a 4x2 house, has anyone else built and what is your opinion on this.

Also whilst I'm at it does anyone know approx price of getting a pool installed or am I dreaming a bit to much now

My mate is having a pool installed and it is costing 35 grand but you can get them cheaper.

20k ish seems to be standard price for basic setup, get a barracuda and pumps price up 4 k ish
