And the house is back on the market.. again.. take 3 !
Our buyers have had a "wobble" over buying our house and as we have already been mucked around with our first buyer who lost HIS buyer, we aren't taking any chances and are just bunging the house BACK onto the market...
We just can't hang around anymore waiting for people to make up their minds or change their minds...
As far as we are concerned, it stays on the market until exchange now..

Disaster. Horrible having to rely on other people. Same situation ourselves. Fingers crossed that the dream buyer will walk through the door!!

Think you are doing the right thing - we took ours off the market after accepting an offer back in June. The buyers pulled out in August after trying to beat us down on the price repeatedly. Of course, the market was dead on it's arse by then. Just don't trust the buyer until they have exchanged!

Perhaps I can spread a little *luck* - We had an offer for the full asking price 10 days after getting the agent round.
However, we are still on the market until we exchange - simple as that.
(so fingers crossed)
