no hotels around wet n wild as visitors generally stay on the gold coast, tell them anywhere from Surfers Paradise north to Sanctuary Cove is convenient

Lots of buses and coaches going up and down all day from most of the hotels all over but you're looking at about half an hour by bus from Broadbeach/Surfers. Nothing up there. It takes me about 40 minutes on the motorway from here (right at the bottom), obviously bus/coach would take a little longer so they could go anywhere.

There's a few motels up there but hotel wise you'd be looking at Southport or Sanctuary Cove, Runaway Bay but you're still looking at 20 mins drive. I have no idea why there's no decent hotel up there, be ideal for the big parks. There's always SeaWorld Nara Resort which is attached to SeaWorld obviously but that would take about half an hour to get up to the other parks.
