Hotel accommodation in Sydney
We are going to Sydney on the 8th December until the 10th December and are looking for a hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. Can anyone suggest any in the CBD or Kingscross area as we are having problems finding a family room.
Thanks Dawn

We were just on the web last night looking as we are arriving in Sydney at around the same time and we found by going direct to Bestwestern.com.au or Travelodge.com.au we found the best deals around £200 - £300 for 3 -5 nights, we also a family of 4.
Good look - we may end up in the room next door!!!!????

You could try the Carlton Crest...we used it when we visited Sydney in 2001....don't know about family rooms but it was central (5-10 min walk to Darling Harbour)...take a look here

Golden Chain do Family Rooms. This one, in Glebe - 1km to Darling Harbour, quotes $169 for 2A & 2C.
