My biggest problem is with the Aussie Bureau of Meteorology. (also known as BOM). Their forecasting is crap. Really bad, anything further than 6 hours ahead is wrong. As an example, they said it would rain on Christmas day, and clear the following day. On Christmas day they said it would rain on Boxing day, and clear the following day. Now today they're saying it will clear tomorrow.

Memo to BOM: Look at this,

http://www.bom.gov.au/products/IDE00902.loop.shtml

What makes you think its going anywhere soon? I'll bet its going to be shitty rain and clouds for the next 3 days. The BOM reckon this:

Forecast for Wednesday Evening
Cloudy with light rain at times. Light to moderate S to SE winds.

Precis: Light rain at times

Forecast for Thursday
Light rain easing to a shower or two. Light to moderate SE winds.

Friday Fine Min 18 Max 27
Yeah right , whatever . I'll be quite happy to be corrected if the sun if splitting the trees on Friday. Fat chance

Well I think they have to forecast a very large area on a small budget, but I agree with you not sure why they bother sometimes

BOM is always extremely accurate for us here. Move to the mountains.

Jesus, I remember why I dont read this forum anymore - all we need now is someone to complain it's too wet & why on earth should we have water restrictions when we've had 12mm of rain & we'll have covered all the bases .

Nice of you to honour us with your presence.

Were you proposing that, after all it is still raining?
