Default Horses,farmlets and Sunshine Coast

Hi
Planning on coming to Sunshine Coast...hopefully in the next 6-8 weeks
Our dream is to own a place with acreage so that we can have horses.
The question I have is how easy it it buy horses over on the SC and also is it possible to buy a farmlet in this area
All answers gratefully received
H

Yes you can get acreages on the sunshine coast and it is easy to buy horses, check out the following links:

Your welcome, I hope you find something that suits you.

My daughter is moving back to Aus on 10 June, and was originally going to go to the sunshine coast, but my cousin has now offered her her 3 bed, pool, acreage and stables for free for 3 years down near Nowra NSW so obviously she is now going there. At least it will give her the freedom to sort herself out and plan where she wants to settle rather than just go - as she is going on her own with 2 children she is now cushioned for a while. But my grandaughter will not rest until she gets a horse of her own to put in the stables! LOL

If you are interested you can PM me as I have contacts with a real estate agent who also deal in rural properties. If you go inland a bit you won't have a problem finding somewhere and it will also be cheaper!!
I used to ride as well and the horses in the paper don't look great to me, there do seem to be a few dealers advertising, but I don't know how respectable they are. It might be a case of looking at a load to find a couple of good ones!!!!

Hello there we live here on the Sunny Coast! Just wanted to advise you to look in the following areas for small acreage. Glenview, palmview, Eudlo, Tanawha, Buderim, Rosemount, Bli Bli. There are loads of rural properties out there and right now if you have the cash you are sure to pick up a bargain! Happy house hunting
