have seen some bad comments on concept aus, spoke to a gent in manchester office and upon reading the threads i am a bit concerned about using them now.
has anyone use the manchester branch and if so could you plz let me know before i drop a b**lock.

Yup we used steve and martin in manchester, we had no probs with them , really nice guys very helpful all the way through, so they were great with us. Also have been here 17 months now and i spoke to them only 2 weeks ago over some advice i needed and they replied straight away no problem. Trouble is you will always get someone who has a had a bad experience and good experience so you probably wont win with a question like that. Sam as for furniture removals etc some of us may have had a terrible time others sat there thinking well they were alright with us Think its all pot luck really good luck

We are using Steve in Manchester.

We are still going through the process, but every contact we have had with him has been great.

He is very honest and tells it how it is. May not suit some people, but we like it as we always know where we stand.

What we liked was at the emigrate show, he was far less "salesy" than the other agents - very pragmatic and you could tell his experience shone through.

We used the Manchester concept Australia, They were very helpfull, always quick to reply to emails and happy to talk on the phone. one good thing is they have no secetary so when you phone up you talk to them straight away

We got our visas on 26 Feb

We are in north Perth, yes it has taken me along time to start to feel settled. Kids and hubby adapted quicker than me which is good, so at least its only been me to cope with. I am settling now and feel alot better, but i do still have the odd bad day, but have to say i dont think we will ever go back to the UK, this is home now. But i do miss family which is normal isnt it, i love them all so im not ashamed to say i do miss them all so much, but they are all coming out to visit which is good, i think hey perhaps after 2 weeks i will be glad to see the back of them all , and bang goes my family sickness

We're using Concept in Manchester, no-probs whatsoever.
We've found them very helpful ,and have kept us informed every step of the way.
