hopefully - problem overcome....
posted yesterday thta husbands ex partner now refuses the kids to have their meds (supposed to be having them done today) have now spoken to my agent and my husband has ha to sign a statutory declaration explaining what lengths he has gone to to try and obtain the medicals - so hopefully there should not be a problem - our meds have gone off to adelaide today so fingers crossedXXX

does anyone know that if you have kids over 18 and they are not going with you when you migrate, do they have to have a medical too?

I have 2 children from a previous marriage coming with us to OZ,
Has it been smooth up until now?
Havn't even told him yet incase we don't get a possitive skills assesment!!

only the kids of a dependant age i.e under 18 need to be mentioned.
