Hope for us all yet!
After over a year on the market and one unsuccessful sale, we have just accepted a new offer on our house. We still have a long way to go, and until we sign on the dotted line I will not be breaking out the champagne, but at least we are finally one step nearer to achieving our dream.
Hopefully this will give others in a similar position hope.
