Hoose sold 3rd time lucky!!!!!!!!!!!!
Viewer out 2pm yesterday
Phone call from agent 3pm to say very interested in house and she was going to see her lawyer
4pm phone call from agent hoose sold no subject to survey clause or bugger all
She has sold, her buyers are in rented, she is going to be mortgage free, so is giving us cash
So heres hoping, fingers crossed
