hooray !! real offer on house at last
After 8 months on the market and 3 months over here worrying about it ,
we have finally had an offer on the house by someone in a position to buy £45,000 below original asking price but what the hell we said yes
maybe this is a turning point
please keep fingers crossed that this wonderful bubble doesnt burst on us

I know how you feel as our house has been on the market for 8 months & we've also had an offer this week & we're moaning that its 7k under the asking price & yours is 45k :scared:

struggled to sell for nearly a yr in worsley.We completed 5 days before we flew to our new life in Adelaide.Glad that things are now looking up and you can hopefully now breathe a sigh of relief.Best wishes to you all.
