Further to a discussion I had with PB in a different thread, Has anyone else on the Forum come across or have knowledge of the State run Homeswest housing scheme on Gov. owned land in the Northern suburbs in Perth.

Have heard the Ratio of Homeswest houses can be as low as 1 in 7 in places such as the Brighton Estate and Butler!
Are these houses grouped together or Randomly placed amongst other blocks?

I am naturally concerned with this, as this was the area we were thinking of buying a block, can anyone give me more information or I am getting my knickers in a twist for no reason?
