Default homes to view

I've seen somewhere that you can visit areas that are set up in cul de sac type situations new housing which you can view and then buy the plans/etc and then build the house of your choice on your own land.

Not sure if I've explained it very well, but if anyone knows where we could visit any of these 'show home areas' and let me know if there are any;

Areas south of Perth
Queensland
Victoria

Thanks

Type 'display village' into google and you'll get all the info you need.

What happens is you choose the house you would like to build, the builder who designed the house builds it for you, either on your land or their land (house and land package) if they are offering this option.
Below is a list of websites of builders that build homes in Perth and surrounding areas. They have house plans of their websites.

There are loads of em in SE Qld....especially along the Gold Coast.

Have a look at the Metricon Homes website and you will generally find em all....they tend to be pretty well represented in the display villages.
