Hi We Are Struggling To Sell Our House At The Present Time And Just Wondered If Anybody Has Used Homebuyers To Purchase Their House.
If So How Much Under The House Value Do They Offer?
We Are Not Desperate At The Moment,but The Quicker We Sell The Sooner We Can Go To Ozz.

You would be better dropping your price to undercut other houses in your area.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO, don't do it.
They just take your money (Survey fee)and offer you a silly price, if you accept they win win.

Have you not considered auctioning your house?
We have looked into it, and it doesn't seem that bad as a last resort...

we approached them too and when he offered us 30% less than market price i told them to bugger off lol .....
so don't do it ..... just drop your house price enough to undercut properties in the same price range in your area
