Haha, some of these are comedy gold!
Interior
Interior fine, poor storage....can't fit anything in kitchen cupboards
Exterior
Has a balcony but you can't use it as it is constantly covered in grime from the exhausts of trucks delivering food, or garbage trucks taking the bins away
Management
Had no hot water for a week
Neighbourhood
Bin's are picked up EVERY morning at 6:30, right under your window. Wake up to smashing glass, even on Xmas day and NY day. Drunkern fights outside your window every weekend. Restaurants cleaning their bins with a power hose at midnight, every night.
Comfort Level
Awful. Worst place I've lived in my life. Great if you never want a lie in or a relaxing time at home
Appliances & Furnishings
There are none, air conditioning smells

You do not need to supply any personal informaton to leave a review, we have designed a completely anonymous sytem.
or a Tenant who never paid rent and gets kicked out gives a slightly untrue review ?
