hoping to move to perth this october.............any1 done the holiday route there???

just wondering what route you took.........hong kong?singapore??etc etc

which route did you take and how did find the countries for a holiday

Hi Guys

Depends how much you want to spend of course! We're off over New Year and are going the long way around:

Heathrow to Los Angeles, stay at Disneyland/Hollywood for 6 days. The idea behind this was to help the Mrs and Kids get over saying goodbye to the in-laws

From LA to Auckland where we change aircraft and make the short hop to Sydney. Stay there for 2 days to re-charge batteries and see some of the sights before making our way over to Perth.

we booked with Air NZ/Qantas (Aus leg) and the cost for 4 of us was £3k. Its gone up a little since then but worth a look anyway.

still very much in the planning stage at the mo for the trip over,my thoughts exactly on the wife and my daughter saying goodbye etc and also acclimatising.

really just thought after 20 months of waiting and finally getting the visa,we`d hav a nice holiday on the way (we earnt it )

hoping 2 settle somewhere north perhaps (we stopped in butler last year)but have not really decided...........gonna rent for a few months and have a look around me thinks !!
