Default Holiday rental in Kingscliff ?

Hi its the plumber , not posted on here for a while.....got a question!
Me and MRS PLUMBER have just brought an apartment right oposite Kingscliff beach (with a sea view) The idea is to down size in a couple of yrs , when the kids have gone.... and move in.
obviously we need to rent out in between to at least cover some of the mortage.
We are currently renting it out with ""David Preston""
Have been thinking of setting up a bit of a ""meet & greet"" ....but we,re not sure if theres a market for it here....is there anyone out there who thinks its a good idea, or with any advice ?

ps...You can view the property on...www.salesandrentels.com.au
address....313/280 Marine parade Kingscliff...

all the best plumb...
