For Sunshine coast , try Fairseas apartments on golden beach , Caloundra. We stayed there when we arrived last year.Very clean , own lock up garage , big apartments with own laundry , ensuite , and everything you need. Also run by a very friendly and helpful couple.

We stayed at the Alexandra Appartments in Alexandra Headland in a huge 3 bed appt. (they have 2 bed ones as well). Right opposite the beach, all mods cons and secure underground parking. It was about a 10 minute walk along to mooloolobah bars and restaurants.
