Holiday entitilement in oz.
Does anyone know what the standard ammount of holidays/annual leave entitlement is in oz? Hubbies an Insurance Business Manager and I'm a Nurse.
I've a feeling it's less than what you get in the Uk but if anyone can give us an idea, that'd be great.
Cheers,

Re: Holiday entitilement in oz.
believe the standard is 20 days,
there's also some companies who do 17.5% leave loading, which basically means you get 17.5% of ordinary gross earnings when you take your holiday leave - bit like extra holiday pay for staying away from work!!! like i said, only some companies do this - and i think you usually have to have been there for a few (hundred) years

Nothing "crap" about that; and it's the same in the UK, so who's counting?
