I'm coming on a trip to Oz & NZ at the end of the year so can you tell me the must see places?

I'm flying in to Cairns and out of Melbourne 10 weeks
Into Auckland and out of Christchurch 7 weeks

A few things that we have doen on variuos trips.....
Diving on the Barrier reef out of Cairns (we are now both mad keen divers)
Could go on other boat trips from Cairns, Townsville etc.
White water rafting out of Cairns - good for a day trip and a great laugh
Fraser Island - go for a couple of days if you get the chance
Great Ocean Road from Melbourne

Nz
Rotarua for mud pools, volcanic activity etc, but don't get your hair wet in the heated baths 'cos it will smell for weeks
"Black water rafting" - minds gone blank, but between Auckland and Rotarua
If you like sport try and ghet to a rugby game in NZ. It is like a religion over there.
Kaikora - for whale watching
Queenstown - bungy jumping (ultimate adrenalin buzz), jet boating (next adrenalin buzz), any other mad sport that they have come up with
Milford sound - stunning

And loads more that I can't remember at the moment
