holding student visa. Do i need to pay tax?
hi, im currently international student in Australia. It's end of financial year and people talking about paying tax. I just wonder whether i need to pay tax or not while holding student visa? anyone know? thanks

You can be tax resident even if not permanent resident. And even non-residents normally pay tax on Australia sourced income.

You should investigate your home country's tax laws to make sure you have no obligations there too.
