Has anyone had a positive skills assessment for a HND in a different occupation than what you were trained?
ie I am a graphic designer with an HND, i am asking to be assessed as an interior decorator, because graphic designer requires a degree.

Anyone been in a similar situation, and was it a positive outcome?

I've got an HND in hotel management and go a positive skills assesment from he ACS as an IT professional.

I had to have quite a few years IT experience to qualify but that old HND was taken in to consideration.
