hints/tips for flying to Oz with kiddies
Would love to hear any hints/tips regarding doing the UK-Oz flight with a small child. My son will be 2 when we go later in the year.
Is there a better time of day to fly? How do you stop them from running up and down the plane for 11 hours!!!?

I especially liked the comments about calpol and phernergan! My mum used the latter on me when we flew to the UK for a visit when i was a kiddy, it totally knocks me out for days!!

Do nightlflights, stopover and then do another nightflight, take it from me who has only just arrived back after the longest flight of my life with no stopover and two kids under five it is an experience never to be repeated during the day, good luck (use singapore airlines they are really good and loved the kids, nothing too much trouble).
