High Speed Internet Access
Hi,
Do any cities/states in Oz offer high speed residential broadband access to the internet?
I've checked a couple of Aussie ISP's on the web, but found nothing about broadband, and the charges all seem to be content based, rather than always switched on, and unlimted usage.

So he has a download cap, but it's always on (cable modem, not ADSL)... and VERY quick (15 seconds to download 6mb when I used it!)
Don't know about cost though... he had a package with mobile etc. I think... didn't ask in depth.
