Hi, I'm new here !!
Just thought I'd drop in and say hi. My boyfriend BrisbaneBrummie just joined and I must say this site is brilliant, so much info from people in similar situations to us.
I was born in Brisbane and have lived there for all of my 32 years until this year when I came to South Wales UK to live with my boyfriend.
We are returning to Brisbane to live arriving on November 27 2003. Am counting the days ..........
Nice to see so many people immigrating, best of luck to you all.
It's been such an adventure for me, living in a different country.
The best thing of all is my boyfriend...TREVOR I LOVE YOU !!

welcome to the group!
we are hoping to go to Brisbane next year, if our TRA assessment ever comes back! we like the look of Samford or the Victoria Point/Redland Bay areas, do you know these? where abouts in Brisbane are you from!

Yes I know Samford [about 40 mins north-west of Brisbane] and Redland Bay is about 30 mins east of Brisbane.
I have a friend who lives in Cleveland which is near Redland Bay, lots of sea breezes and a madly expanding area..lots of new cafes and restaurants... nice
I live in Robertson which is about 10 mins south of Brisbane City.
