There's a nice smooth place called the Mud Tank Mines close to Alice Springs.

Sounds right up your street. ;)

No, it's a really lovely place.

The main industry is mining vermiculite which is a nice soft raw mineral.

Only problem is it get's rather hot.

Why did you choose Sunshine?

How much money you want to spend, do you need a house with garden etc etc.

Re: Hey everyone

If you like living in the west, look at Newport and Williamstown. I personally live in Newport so may be biased, but living here is so quiet and we have a little bit of privacy but at the same time it is 20 mins to the city on the train.

If you want to live more in the city, then one of my favourite areas is the Middle Park area around Albert Park. There are some gorgeous little houses down here but no doubt the rent is more expensive than out in Newport.

There are plenty of people who live in the Eastern suburbs around so I will not try and bluff about my knowledge on living in these areas :D

My best adivce to you would be to travel around the city and try and find where you want to be and then move. You don't want to be locked into a 12 month lease and then find you hate it :D
