I want to forward an email to Hertz about a car hire booking in Sydney. Their website is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, you'd think they couldn't actually be bothered to deal with enquiries as they clearly try so hard to dissuade anyone from getting in touch. Does anyone have an email address for them?

I went to the hertz website and clicked on 'customer support', then 'contact us' and this link is the result:

Then I saw the bit that said email options - my suspicion is that you click on the heading most appropriate to your query - rates & reservations perhaps?

Although it's not Sydney, I'm sure they'll forward the query or maybe answer it themselves at the customer support centre.

Remains to be seen whether I can get the information I need from them. Fingers crossed!!
