a friend of ours is wanting to go and live in new zeland can anyone tell me he was done for drinking and driving does this affect his application as it is a criminal offence isnt it?

So unless your friend was drink driving and killed somebody and did some serious time at her majestys pleasure then no its okay!

I can't remember which form that is.......
check out www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/47sk.pdf that's where the form is, so should help.
