I am seriously having headaches over getting a trades certificate from the TRA in Melbourne. They are saying its because I don't have the correct experience, now I am feeling more inclined to think that there is some discrimination going on, so I would appreciate anybody who has the same qualifications as me and a similar number of years experience as me who got a trades certificate with no worries, can you please let me know.

Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical services - Electrical installation (Building and Structures)
Level 3 Certificate in knowledge of electrical installation engineering
Level 3 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations (BS7671:June2001)

I have 4 and a half years experience.

Please help if you can.
