Help Tra Fun!!!

Hi guys new to this site.Currently going through my 3 tra application as a mechanic.Right first submission failed because I didn't send reference from my first employer.Resubmitted with full references different guy looked at it failed again. This time not enough details on my own and work references.Wouldv'e been nice to have to have been told this but hah ho on we go.Have spoken to friends and they say you have to break everything down into detail,e.g.replace gearboxes is not enough break it down to everything you do.Just looking for as much info as i can get before i send.See there was a thread on here were someone had applied to tra as a mechanic and they could send u the type of referances used etc.
Well hopefully third time lucky
