I really hope I can get some answers from you guys.

I'm 24 live in London as a senior sales exec for a publishing company. My Brother has lived in Oz for 3 years and is getting married next October. Will he be able to sponsor me as soon as he's hitched or will he have to wait? What other options do I have?

You say he has live in Oz for 3 years - has he been a permanent resident (visa-wise) for 3 years? If so then I'm sure he can sponsor you now without any fuss.

Suggest you put the question on the immigration forum Robo.

I think he would have to have been in Aus for two years but not sure if PR is enough or whether it has to be citizen status.

You have to be in Aus for two years under PR before you can get citizenship.
