hi all i have untill august 2008 when my uk passport runs out can anyone tell me should i renew it now before iapply for the visa or wait until it runs out?
is it harder to renew from oz?
any help would be appreciated

mine runs out before that and my agent told me not to bother renewing it until I need to. We haven't put our application in yet, but I will renew it in 2007 in Aus.

I have heard it's better to get it done prior to going to OZ and cheaper,,,not sure what this means tho as you like me have sent a copy of your passport ID page for your TRA assesment, not sure what it means if you renew prior to lodging visa application????????????


Using to different passports one for TRA and another for Visa application...

I have the same problem although mine runs out next year.

I could do with assistance on whether this is a problem or using two differnt passports , one for each stage of the process is OK or not????

When you renew it you'll have to carry two passports with you as the old one will have your visa stamp in it.
