Well, it's a long distance call from within the UK right? So it's probably that number minus the 44 and with a 0 in front of the 121

The above is right (except that its the fax number
)I just called it, it works fine - 0121 2332066
Though if you dialled 0044 121 2332066 then you should still get through within the UK & charged at the normal domestic rate.
