doe's anyone know if you have a sir visa after the two year waiting period, and you have met the requirments living and working in a regional area, how many points will you need. Will you need 120 points to gain PR or is it as i believe that if you meet the requirments you will them be able to apply for pr with just the points you first had (eg 110) its just that somebody told us that we would need 120 after the 2 year stint and now we are getting worried that if we apply by the time the we finish the 2 years our point will still only reach 110, so we would have to go back to england, which we would not want to do.
I know there are some experts on here so please can somebody help us.
