I ve just downloaded the medical forms required form 26 and form 160 that were sent to me by my agent. On the sheet of instructions for offshore medical examinations it says that in the "office use only" sections please ensure your ICSE Request ID or file reference number has been added. Where do i get this reference number?
Im in a bit of a panic we go for or medicals on Wednesday at Carlisle at 9.00am just worring that were not going to have done everything. Plus do we fill everything out in black pen or do we have to do it on the computer?
i know thats a stupid question but want everything to be right.

Please someone help me!!!

Your ICSE & your Case File Number are on your initial letter/email from your case officer.

Hi Hilary, going to Carlisle for medicals on Wednesday morning we have to be there for 9am so will have to set off early.
Hows it going with you have you decided on a date of when your going yet? I bet your really excited and a bit stressed!!!

We're hoping to be there by September...cant wait now!!

The doc at Carlisle is great..really nice.
He put us and the kids at ease and then phoned us after the blood tests were back to say they were fine.
