I a New Zealand citizen who is engaged to an English man, we plan to move back to NZ and get married there. Does anyone know if we need to do anything from Enland or can we apply once in NZ.

If we apply in NZ can he get work in the meantime, if not does anyone have any idea how long such an application takes to process.
