What visa are you coming on? Will you be on a student visa in which case you will have to pay international student fees for university courses. Is your visa expecting you to come into a work situation? Are you restricted to where you can live?
You will need to be able to comply with the entry requirements into nursing courses so have your UK(?) qualifications verified to ensure that you are eligible otherwise you will have to get the equivalent of year 12 at an appropriate level before you can go to university to study nursing.
