Help help help
Ok I'm in panic mode.
What does it mean when they ask for your passports? I haven't gotten any letters saying "you're in" or accepted or whatever. I rang my officer today to make sure some papers arrived and she basically said "we don't acknowledge receipt of stuff, we just act on it. I asked her if I would eventually need to send my passport (and the childrens) for stamping or whatever and she said "we'll ask for it but you can send them if you're not planning a holiday in the next 4- 6 weeks. The I get home and I have an e-mail requesting I send the passports "as per our conversation today" Would she request I sent them early? or could my file have been assessed complete that quickly? I'm not sure whether to be ecstatic or resigned to another 6 week wait. Any ideas? |
well, seeing as the email didn't say "send your passports UNLESS you are going overseas in the next 6 weeks" I would be inclined to think they may want to put a little sticker in there for you.....:D

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! I sure hope so!!!
I.m thinking it might be a good idea to reply to her e-mail and maybe...I don't know ASK for clarification but it's Friday at 5... No way I'll get a response until Monday. Ohhhhhhhh the torture! |

Use the experience of your job :D Go overboard and it could have a negative effect  Fingers crossed eh? :) |
looks like your in to me, congratulations.
 :) |
They are only asking for passports for one reason: stickety stick, visa time. ;)
