Help. I am bit of a computer novice and am trying to save £8 by faxing the dog permit application from my computer but cant work out how to do it. I have found the faxing bit and have scanned the 3 pages i want to send onto my computer but dont knw how to attach them from my document folder to the fax bit. ( ihope this makes sense to someone)

What you need to do is print the documents but when you get the option to select a printer, you should have a fax option there. When you choose this and hit print, the fax wizard appears and you can take it from there

are you on broad band or dial up? if broadband you will still need to plug your internal modem into the telephone socket as if you were on dial up

We e-mailed our cat permit application to [email protected] - bearing in mind this was for 4 cats (still reeling from the shock of the total cost ), they faxed back the permit in 5 working days - not the 2 weeks quoted on their website. The bad news was I used a friends fax number to receive the permit and forgot to warn them that it would come through in the middle of the night - for 4 cats it was 41 PAGES !!
