HELP! Anyone want an Ocean Front rental in Perth?
We are very muddled!!!
We want to break our lease early (only by a month) as this house is a bit big for us and we've found something more suitable. Only problem is whilst we meet all the criteria on the application form, we have to have a reference from our current Landlord. It's a private arrangement so no problem in theory, but we don't want to alert him in case we are rejected on the grounds on someone offering a longer lease term.
What would you do?
Anyone want an Ocean Front home from mid August to end of March 2006, when the owners return? Ocean View spa bath with room for many
7 and a half month rental........
