HELP! accommodation needed mid Jan Gold Coast
 

We are looking at arriving on the GC around the 15th Jan and need somewhere for a family of 4.

Can anyone help?

call the resort and speak to jenny or murry ( managers )
if you book for for more than 28 days the price drops dramatically
( almost cut in half )

( we stayed for five weeks )

its clean, the staff are great and its central to the goldcoast so its good for getting about looking for that house etc

I have just spent a week at the Breakfree Peninsula Resort. It is 100m from the beach and the apartments are very good.

our apartment is available 28th January for six weeks, I know it's a couple of weeks after you arrive, but I thought that I would mention it anyway!

to take four weeks in that period we would charge $595 per week (£260) or six weeks would be $550 per week (£240)

Is it long or short term rentals that you require? I know of 3 or 4 gated complexes that have vacancies advertised for long term rentals (I see them most mornings). If you want names and numbers just ask.

Thanks for everyones help. We are initially looking at about 4 weeks. Then we need to find somewhere that will allow the cat for approximately 6 mths.
