hello can anyone please give me an idea of what a head chef can earn in the brisbane are any info would be greatly appreciated em .

There is a website that gives an idea of wages but I can't remember what it's called!

that shows the "fair wage" or "award wage" = read minimum wage in most areas

ie if you can be bothered it shows sparkies being on $17 an hour
in reality $25 to $35 would be more accurate
